| | | chilling out As some of you may have noticed I am in a serious need of a chill out. I have two days off from sunday, where would you folk reccomend I go to chill and get my head straight.
I am in MK and dont want to drive for more than a couple of hours if I can avoid it

Maybe we pencil in a weekend? | deffo mate - I'll get in touch soon - at somepoint Ive got to go over to snowdonia for a walking reccie of the 3000s peaks (one at a time in the first instance, using a car between them) so may be you'd be up for that. | | | Re: chilling out How about the Cotswolds; it's not all full of tourists - Stanton, Stanway, Winchcombe all have some lovely quiet walks (if that's what you are looking for) with some nice hostelries in the area. http://www.digital-brilliance.com/hyperg/see/index.htm
Or maybe the Forest of Dean for something quite different. http://www.visitforestofdean.co.uk/about.htm
Plenty of history and beautiful scenery in both places - enjoy your break wherever it is!
