Ill keep things to myself now

When I was younger my mum used to have me over a hot steaming bowl with a towel over my head, breathing the steam in. Then we moved onto 'snuffies' salt dissolved in a bit of hot water, let down with cold, bend you head in, submerge nose and 'breathe' water into sinus's its quite difficult to do and its the last thing your brain thinks you should be doing!
These days I use a syringe - with no needle attached! draw up a small amount of Colloidal Silver - lie on the couch with my head backwards over the arm and discharge into nose - where it then trickles into sinus's - again can be painful and unpleasant - but it works

Pauline | Not turning blue at the edges are you ? Too much colloidal silver can turn you permanently blue !!! It is called Argyria,it can be localised or you can become a real blue person Mind I don't suppose your sinuses are exposed to public view
