Method
Pre-heat oven to 200° or Gas mark 6.Spray a large saucepan with Fry light and cook mushrooms and bacon for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the ham.
In the mixing bowl beat the eggs, yoghurt and the cottage cheese together and season too taste. Add the bacon, mushroom and ham and mix together to combine well. Pour into an ovenproof dish and bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes until quiche is set and golden brown. Leave to cool for approximately 2 hours.

Eat and enjoy!
You can put peppers and any other veg in too I play around with this a bit.I sometimes grate some low fat cheese on the top to give it a lovely colour. This fits a 12" quiche dish. |

| | | Re: Savoury Dishes Ah one that I do enjoy has just come to mind and I add it to a veggie Moroccan dish I do where I swap Apricots for Cherries which I think are a very tasty alternative!
A deep Flat Mushroom with the stalk pulled out and chopped up.
A few slices of Red Onion-diced along with chopped stalk add to
Wild mushroom stuffing and scoop that over the mushroom (the mushroom should be placed upside down by the way). Add a little Benneden Sauce to taste, if you like?!
Find a nice Smoked cheese ( I don't like mine all to strong) and grate over the stuffing
simply place in the oven middle shelf 200c for about 20 mins!
Simple
Also goes Nice with Chilli beef and chocolate Bangers

It's a Bolivian dish (hope I haven't put this one up already?)
Bottom: corn oil, onion, 2 tomatoes, 1tsp dried oregano, bay leaf, small dolop of chilli paste, 0.5 cup white wine, 0.5 cup stock and 2 cups chicken or quorn (it works better with quorn)
topping: 2 pounds sweetcorn, 0.5 cup maize meal, 2 tsp baking powder, 3 eggs, 1 tsp brandy, 0.5 cup unsalted butter, 4 oz cheese.
1. fry the onion and then add chicken if using (if not then add the rest of ingredients and cook for about 10 mins.
2. Blitz the sweetcorn until smooth
3. Add rest of topping ingredients to it and mix well.
4. Put quorn mix in bottom of an oven dish and put the topping over it.
5. cook in oven at 350F for about 45 mins
I have this with salsa and salad.

1 White Onion
1 Red Pepper
1 green Pepper
1 Clove Garlic
½ Chicken stock cube
142mls Skimmed Milk
35g Cornflour
2 x 227 Chicken Fillets
227g Gammon Steak
212g Dried Pasta
100g Very Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
2tbls Fresh Chives, chopped
1 level tbls half fat Crème Freche Method
Dice onion, peppers and crush the garlic. Dissolve the chicken cube with boiling water.
Fry the onion, garlic and peppers in a large pan, sprayed with Fry Light. Add chicken stock and skimmed milk and bring almost to boiling point.
Mix the cornflour with a small amount of cold water and add to the pan to thicken the sauce. Stir until sauce is thickened and season with salt and pepper.
Chop chicken and the gammon into cubes, dry fry then add to the sauce. Leave to simmer whilst cooking pasta in boiling water.
Drain pasta and add to the sauce along with natural yoghurt, chopped chives and the Crème Freche.
Serve with green salad that fills 2/3rds of the plate.
