| | | I am so excited What a lovely couple of days I have had. They were much better than my birthday in fact I had three birthdays 1st 2nd and 3rd June but yesterdays surpassed the lot.
Friday my friend Jacky and I went by water taxi oever to Dawlish Warren Nature reserve. We walked all the way to the other side where she treated me to lunch then we strolled back. You will see some of the results in the gallery.Several of which I have never shot before
But......
Yesterday I walked along the Otter at Otterton towards Budleigh to a bridge I then crossed it and took a different route back along the lane to get back to Otterton as for photos at this point not even a butterfly.I was feeling a bit put out when.......
there was a rustling in the grass an bushes next to a field behind me it wasnt a dog or a bird but I didnt know what it was but it seemd to be going the same way as me.Then I noticed the movement indicated it was coming out of hiding so I stood very syill excited but scared it might be a rat
Well...............................
Wht do you think I saw...................
Had camera at the ready........................
shaking.........................
and out it came......................
it was........................
not telling you
Will give you a clue not the best of the shots but i dont want to give it away yet

| | | Re: I am so excited Cherrybee, that's fantastic. I know how excited you must have been because that's how I felt after seeing the baby muntjac, but a baby Badger is much more exciting! He is gorgeous
BTW, I thought they were nocturnal?
