| | | CV help I want to send my CV out to various places. I have a recent copy when i was trying to look for work experience last summer.
One thing though i have done 2 years of a Vet Nursing degree and swapped to Animal Biology at start of 3rd year. I want to say i have done both but it might look wierd and confusing to explain all of that. Technically i will get a degree in animal biology. But my VN modules and time in work experience is valuable.
Should i do 2 CVs and add VN stuff when the job i want to send it to is more to do with that sort of thing?
Or should i only put i have done a animal biology degree then add at the bottom i have done 2 years of VNing... |

| | | Re: CV help You need to tailor your cv to the job you are applying for. Make yourself a basic one to work from so that you have dates etc to hand. You need to mention experienced gained in a way that would be appropriate for a job and that could well vary slightly from post to post. I'd send you an example but it's on a back up disc in my backpack and wiped from pc - sorry. Hope this helps a bit.

Good Luck!!

Good Luck!! | Having read hundeds and hundreds of CVs in my life ................
and helped lots of others to write them ................
(but not had to do my own for eons!!!)
Agree ++++++++++++++++ with above. Adapt for each job
Make the information that makes you special and/or different leap off the page.
Layout is v important.
Good English and NO TYPOS IS ESSENTIAL.
Be brief and to the point.
Get at least two poeple to read it and comment critically.
PM me if you want |
