woooo hooooo!!! Got home from work new camera (Panasonic FZ30) has arrived!!! The battery's on charge
and.........
I'm exhausted!!!! This weeks field work has worn me right out!!! I'm too tired to play with it tonight, I'm too tired to make my own dinner!!! (any ideas folks?). I need to leave this chair eat and then maybe I'll have the energy to go take lots of pictures and play with shutter speeds etc......
someone give me a push!!
Can hardley keep my eyes open

Take a photo with it right now, of anything (within reason) then post it up on this thread, go on I dare you ( this was how I came to be photographing my eyes the other night).

ok..... NOW I am excited!!!!
Such a beautiful camera I had to get the silver one because it was like a whole £50 less than the black one and I could then get a decent memory card too, but it's still gorgeous, like a dark gunmetal grey really rather than silver and the weight is right, the buttons are right, I know it's a risk buying a camera without playing with it first - but I totally made the right decision!!

Gill, you won't be dissappointed.......it has its faults but they are miniscule compared to its capabilities. btw.....igot a 2nd battery for under 10 quid which lasts longer than the panasonic one!!.......( if you want I'll dig out the company )

Soooooo learning loads - I'm really enjoying it too. Not a huge amount of good pics as yet but early days!!!
Have taken this of the same mystery bee I think from the unidentified section... Shame she's facing the wrong way!!!
Hope it hasn't lost too much quality in the shrinking
Any idea on the species folks? |
