| | | Sucker feeders Many years ago I bought a feeder that sticks to a window as there are many
birds that come in under my porch when the weather is bad or to check out the grapevine for insects.
It lasted a day before it fell off ! so slightly modified served out its time on a garden fence pole.
I was at my brother in laws where to my suprise there was a feeder on their kitchen window and a steady clientele of Blue Tits, Sparrows etc. and I was told a Greater Spotted Woodpecker to be able to see these birds up so close was absolutely amazing.
Does anyone here own one of these feeders that they could recommend ?for "stickability" good ones could allow almost any home or flat to have a feeder and possibly a view of birds even if they have no garden

| | | Re: Sucker feeders I am a home-carer, we had an elderly disabled lady in a wheelchair we used to go to. She had one of these stuck on her window where she used to sit.
It was wonderful for her to watch the birds so close. Don't know what type it was though.. |

| | | Re: Sucker feeders I'm sure I've seen some of those perspex feeders that have suckers on them to stick to glass. Don't know if there effective or not. Could you not screw some onto the brickwork beside the window? | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
