After the many hrs of advice and encouragement fun and laughter Im really looking forward to meeting up later this month..You never know if we keep our minds on the subject we might even come across some interesting fungi...

Thank you. You are all too kind and as Nick will no doubt confirm, after many memorable forays together, this old plodder tends to concentrate on content rather than quantity (Julie beware ). Having said that I acknowledge one aspect of WAB not renowned for dragging its heels, and that is the rate of feed of invaluable information it supplies in so many subjects in such palatable chunks. I am only too sorry that my concentration on the fungi section prevents me taking full advantage of interests in other areas. Particular thanks to John and Ken for their continued support for my spade work in the A to Z; I only wish Stuart would supply me with a bigger shovel, but there again others might say I don't need it
