Very odd request.(Beetles)

Hi.This is sort of a wildlife question as I'm organising some events for children all to do with the environment.
Here goes. Does anyone know where I can get hold of rubber moulds in the shape of beetles if possible?
They need to be fairly small-about 4-5 cms, enough to do a whole load in plaster of Paris ready for a painting challenge.
The flatish shape would make it easier for little ankle biters.

Jules

PS-Any other inverts would be good too.

I've seen things like that in craft shops. They tend to be mostly fish but I have seen insects too..can't remember off hand whether they were beetles or not though as it was a while ago.

good luck - it sounds fun and very messy !!!

Nice idea but we did that last year. Just wondering if there's something beetle shaped I could use as a mould.

Thanks for your suggestion of course!

Re: Very odd request.(Beetles)

Oh yes! You may have the answer there. So long as they're small enough.Cheers!

Hi, just an idea but do you have one of those 'shops' locally that is run by the W.I where playgroups and other organizations can get material, and general bits and pieces, the place is full of plastic tops, string, card and allsorts. Fi. X X X X
