Re: Weale and Dolphin rescue Story

I`ve never heard about a dolphin coming to the aid of a whale before.A great report with a nice outcome.

Re: Weale and Dolphin rescue Story

I saw a programme not long ago about Dolphins rescuing people from shark attacks. Where the dolphins would circle around the people to protect them from the sharks. It was amazing..Beautiful creatures.

Re: Weale and Dolphin rescue Story

Nice story, but dolphins aren't always so altruistic. Quite a few Porpoises get targetted + killed by Bottle-nosed Dolphins every year. Not sure if they see them as competitors?

This was on nature shock. The adult dolphins were killing porpoises of a certain size in practice for killing younger dolphins. They always chose victims of thye same size. No one knows why they do it..
