Smile 6 white cockatiels

I had a fantastic presant from my father in law yesterday,my pet shop had six white cockatiels in,i despretly wanted them but money was tight and couldnt afford them,he was selling them for £30 each but said as i deal with him for bird food i could have them for £20 each, that was still out of my reach £120.00,so my husband asked his dad if i could borrow the money,he said of course, then said he didnt want the money back because i do most things for him,so i kissed him saying he couldnt have bought me any thing
better,so for mothers day i did really well even if it wasnt from my children, this morning i put all the nest boxes in the avery, they got quite excited, cant wait to see what the babies will look like,i will show you all later in the year.

How lovely Betty, to receive something which has given you so much pleasure. It's great to feel appreciated and everything you do for your father-in-law obviously hasn't gone un-noticed .
Good luck with the chicks!

Re: 6 white cockatiels

Yes i have sold them befor, but last year i had bad luck only getting all greys hatch, this year should be different as i sold all my greys on line, feller bought the whole 30 greys,he lives in peterborough so he picked them up and caught them all for me,i kept 13 yellows mixed with white, all but elvis that i have had for 10 years,he is a white face,so other than him i have 18 yellow and white birds to breed with this year.
