Deleting images

Can you delete images from the gallery. I uploaded an image that was stored some how. Now I want to remove it. How do you do it..

Hi, that's a good question and I would also like to know the answer as I have images I would like to delete.

I think you have to ask one of the Gallery Editors.

As a general rule the answer is you can't, especially if the image has been used in a forum thread.
It all depends really how long it's been in the system. I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean about it being stored though?

The photo was stored in a queue it seemed to disappear somewhere then come back when I uploaded another photo at a later date. I uploaded it by mistake somehow

. There is another photo the same in a thread so I don't think it will harm the thread.

I chanced upon one of my images that was in the "Stored" category, alongside "Maintenance" and another category I can't recall, but how to navigate back to that series of galleries it is a complete mystery.

That's because your not supposed to be able to see those categories! They're admin ones, not for general viewing!
