| | | Microsoft Work Help Please! I was just wondering if anyone out there help me! I'm, slowly, working through an OU course in the environment and I've hit a brick wall trying to write some work.
I've been trying to find out how to write certain symbols into a Word 2002 document, for example, the small '7' in a scientific notation 1.23 x 10 to the power of 7. I have found 2 and three in the symbols part of Word but can't work out how to write any other number.
I hope that makes sense, can anyone who've had to write them themselves point me in the right direction of this and hopefully other symbols I will need please!

Type '7' where you want it, then when you've finished with your sentence, go back and highlight the 7. Then you need to select 'superscript'. In word this is under 'format' and then 'font'.
If you can't find it there, look for superscript in 'help' and that should point you in the right direction.
Hope that helps
