Nana is 85 years young - spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. Last Saturday she had her arm put in to plaster with a suspected break at the elbow. I told my middle son (34) who immediately rang his favourite girlfriend to comment - 'That's you out of Wimbledon for another year then - any excuse'. Not only was her arm giving her agony, but her sides too from so much laughter. |
