House mice

Hi,
I suspect I've got some House Mice in my kitchen. Does anyone know if it's possible for me to make a little home for them and to keep them, as opposed to killing/moving them.

No reason why not - though they will take a while to adapt into good pets - be prepared for little love nips! Also put different sexes into different houses or you'll end up with more than you want!
If you decide to get rid of them move them on rather than kill them - i'm told the sonic devices you can buy work well.

If you haven't seen them they may be Wood Mice. I regularly get the latter species in my house + use a humane trap to relocate them. Advantage of Wood over House Mice is that former have no odour (to us!).

I am sure they will be very cosy in your kitchen and soon you will have lots more little furry friends.
