Hello! Excuse me for jumping in here, but this is my first posting. I'm 1. more into birds and wild flowers:

and 2. don't even live in England (but born in Suffolk). However, I've a computer full of fungi photos, most of whom I'm not sure of. I also know - though it doesn't help - that there are lots of different sub-species down here in the southern alps, but I'm still hoping to get some help from you experts. Can I occasionally put up a photo or two to see if you know it?

Hi Eric - welcome. I have put photo's up for ID here with no problem which I have taken in Holland. More often than not some one has managed to ID them for me.
I don't however submit my photos to the main gallery which have been taken here (perhaps a few have sneaked in because I am really proud of them) the ones I sumbit to WAB are taken in Britain. For things taken here I upload to Wildlife and Environment Forums - Powered by vBulletin .
