Japanese whaling fleet sails

I have just been reading an article that states Japan are cross breeding whales and cows in test tubes

using the sperm from the whales carcass.
There are reports that last years slaughter went on until June/July.
I can`t find any info on when this years "season" will end.It can`t come soon enough!!

Sparkly sarah, I agree with others that you have written a beautiful poem.

It would help to stop whaling if the Japanese public started to protest against it. They are very detached in their thinking about the natural world. Japan isn't a tourist destination which relies on its green image. I don't know if protest in Japan can be brought about. The rest of the world will have to continue to keep up the pressure on them to stop. I'm glad that Greenpeace exist.

Sad news Norway are due to start there whaling masacre in a couple of months

.Will have to wait and see what Iceland do as they can`t get rid of the meat they have already got in the freezers.

If the Japanese people protest about anything they get shot..They cant even look on the internet without it being censored..Even google is censored in Japan and china..
