It's amazing how many birds you see on frosty mornings, I had to post these pictures of the bird table on the main path of the Yarrow Valley Park, Lancashire. Some one had put the fat ball on and the birds were feasting.
The Nuthatch is an occasional visitor to the table but it was trying to defend all borders.
The Robin was soon on the table.
This was the treat of the morning - the Reed Bunting giving me the "what are you looking at" pose, never seen one near the table before.
A lovely walk with views of the Kingfisher, Heron & Dipper.
