2 Choughs killed

2 choughs exploded at the end of Doc Martin Programme. Mother explain they didn't really get killed, i know, but Choughs

I saw this prog. 1st time round - just be grateful the story was at least plausible (Choughs do breed in south Cornwall, so it was a simpe touch of dramatic license to relocate them to the north coast) - they could so easily have used some non-native species and make the whole thing into a farce.

2nd time round for me-a good watch. I wish i had followed the series! The end just seemed a bit sureal with the birds lives ending like that, since they weren't even there before hand! The Producer must have been thinking of a way to make a more dramatic explosion. " I know" he thinks " lets blow up a couple of choughs"? Twisted!
