still cant get a photo in my post.

i am still having troubles trying to get a picture on the post,been two days now, i have tryed and tryed but no luck,when i click on the picture i want there is no image code to copy and paste,is there still work going on in the background,if so that would exsplain it, if not i am a bit puzzled whats happend,i know what i am doing now because as you know i have put quite a few posts on,i am trying to show you all my new bird food station,mind you had no visitors yet,i think it might be too close to the house,it must be about 8 to 10 feet away,do you think this is too close.????????????

Just had a quick look at the pic you mention and the forum code is there under the image Naturelover
If youre having problems i`ll happily post the pic into the thread where you want it if you let me know which thread....

hi mark i just had another look still nothing on my computer,am i doing it right ? click on gallery,my images,this is where there is no image code just a reply box,very strange,but yes please if you could add my photoe in what ever one you think it should go in,adding is it too close to the house,thankyou mark x.

You have to click on each image so it is full sized. You'll then see the forum code box below the image.

Yep, as Graham says. If it still doesnt work for you, start a thread asking what you want about the feed station, and i`ll post the pic for you straight afterwards on the new thread.

Have you accidentally contracted the display? If you look at the far right hand side of the screen display, where it says the date and time of the upload, click on the blue arrow on the far right hand edge. This will open up the display and hopefully show you the code.

hi graham,have looked there is no date and time of upload,i will try to exsplain what i get,i get large picture of what i want,underneath its got film strip,with all of my pictures in the film strip,underneath that it says post reply,then quick reply and go advanced with a box to put your reply in,i just dont get it.

It definitely sounds as though you have the display reduced as Graham suggests. If you look along the dark green horizontal column,(showing the date and time the image was posted) directly below the filmstrip there is a Small Blue arrow at the far right hand side...click that and the code details etc should now show..

hello naturelove,like graham and mark say it looks like you are working on a reduced display just been into your gallery and here is the link for the image in question

have you checked along the green bar below the film strip to the right and click on the arrow in the blue box it should then sshow the details of the image

hi you all, sussed it,you were right i must have clicked on it sometime,anyway its all ok now,thankyou every one for your help,where would i be without you all, i will download after the soaps must watch them first,then i can tell you all about my new bird feeding station,bye for now xx.

glad you got the problem fixed as regards to your original question on closeness of feeder to the house it took a few days until birds got used to my feeder which is about 15 feet from a path that leads between our house and next door neighbourals its about 6 ft from greenhouse which I am constantly in and they dont seem to bother.
I have Coal,Blue and Great Tit Chaffinch Sparrows and Starlings along with Doves and pidgeons and Robin,so once they get used to it being there they should be Ok the only thing that keeps them away are the cats ,but they dont worry about our dog who sits under feeding station watching them,funny world this.

Don't bother tonight! The Galleries are closed for a major changeover. Probably best left until tomorrow.
