Bit of fun

How many of each bird (and animal species) can you see in this photo?



THis was taken in regents park last week. So much for London not being wildlife friendly...

Is that a Dunnock i can see in the leafs?

I think its mearly a dunnock shaped leaf!

I can't gat over how many Herons there are! wow

Believe it or not there was atleast twice as many in a 200-300m stretch. I couldnt fit them all in. There behaviour was odd to - they were very tame - Ill start a new thread rather than hijack this one

3, Heron, Seagull and some sort of penguin stood at the top of the bank.

hmmmm........2 species of heron (grey, purple) two gull species, pigeon, goose, guinea foul,

Im not the greatest with birds though

Think there may be 2 species of Goose too. Egyptian and Grey (not Greylag)?

Is the Egyptian-Goose sized duck on the extreme RHS of the photo a pretty poor looking Ruddy Shelduck, with its pale head and no chocolate eye patch?

Mmmm.... Maybe its just another Egyptain Goose with no eyepatch?

Oh I don't know....
