Yes, the heating is competent enough, just that the house is liable to mildew attack! ... like most around here .... shall know who to contact if we have real problems
Still, wouldn't swap Sheffield for anywhere else in Britain. Had a wander around Ecclesall Woods today and saw far fewer than the usual fungi about ... a very odd year alround ... Quote:

| | Re: What a warm welcome Mmm , not too far away, I live in Beighton, I like Sheffield, but the fungal possibilities of the coastal and slightly inland area`s of East Yorkshire are some thing else let me tell you, mind you Paul, If you drive, the cinifer woods around Ladybower/Derwent res and Howden res also hold some pretty impressive hauls of fungal delights, me and my wife took a leisurly stroll up to Slippery Stones off the footpath last Monday, and FUNGI HEAVEN! I have never seen so many Larch Bolete in one place. |

Probably never seen so many larches either! No, I don't drive so things have to be within walking distance of public transport - no big problem, though. Have fun. | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
