My Speaker goes Peep!

Any one up on PC technical issues- my right speaker goes peep every three seconds then pauses for 7 then it's off again!

swap speakers then if the same one keeps doing it ,the speaker's at fault if not could be the soundcard

Is this happening when you boot up ? Beeping can indicate a fault on your pc, if it is a BIOS beep.
