I have just formatted my PC and reloaded Windows
I dont want to connect to the internet on my PC so can only register Windows by phone.
However the numbers given are both no longer in use.
Any ideas?
Its XP by the way.

I'm no expert, but if you're not using the internet what is gained by registering? I assume Windows is working but you won't get updates if not connected to the internet. |
