You'll Need an empty bottle to fill with olive oil and finely chopped Garlics to add and allow to enfuse the longer the better.
After enfusion two large deep Mushrooms if your lucky enough to have foraged a couple of wild tasty mushies the better.
Remove stalks.
Breadcrumbs finely crumbled and m.stalks finely chopped and added with a finely chopped small red onion. Add boiling water to stodge.and spread into Mushrooms.
A glass of your favourite and drink!
Then after putting glass down grate your favourite cheese (i like a local slight smoked worcester). And sprinkle over Mushrooms.
Now comes the Garlic oil poored into baking tray and put in oven at 200.
when ready pop in the mushies for 20mins.
Thats it a splendid mushroom snack that will fill the gap before tea!
