| | | Whats your favourite Breakfast ? As we are on the subject of food for the past few days with Puddings, Sunday lunch etc. It seemed logical to go for the obvious. The Breakfast, is it cereal, continental or the good old Full English, or even something else?

| | | Re: Whats your favourite Breakfast ? My choice would be A damn good fry up.
Bacon, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, fried bread or toast.
I would say tomato's and beans as well. But now adays cant eat them
If in a poor man mode it would be bacon & egg on toast or an omelette.
If in preperation for a good hike or similar, I would normaly have a starter of either porridge or Oatibix

Mine is a portion of real porridge probably spoiled by a spoonful Honey instead of salt, it always reminds me of my childhood when I was sat near the old black leaded grate, my grandfather dished it out and the children got honey, can never have this without the memories flooding back.

Only joking I usually go for muesli with either chopped up banana or apple. And rare occasions I will do an omelette or scrambled eggs. |

Carol. | If I ever have anything like porridge it has to have plenty of sugar on but I guess honey is quite sweet, never tasted it. |

Paul | Never miss breakie - normally cereal, but when I get the chance (an not worrying about the arteries) it's gotta be a full english and milky coffee, from a greasy spoon. According to a recent news report, these are a dying breed - 80% have closed in recent years. |

| | | Re: Whats your favourite Breakfast ? Normally its crunchy nut with fresh berries on, even had them in the Middle East. Can't beat a good fry up, bacon, sausage, black & white puddings and tomatoes, all from the farm shop. Have to agree especially good when camping.
