I have also in the past enjoyed crafts such as knitting, sewing and cross stitch, not to mention glass painting and rug making. You name the craft I have probably tried it! A few years ago myself and a friend organised a Craft Club, for about a dozen people and we met once a week in our local Community Centre, organised demonstrations and teaching sessions and projects which we could all take part in. It was very enjoyable, social and educational but, unfortunately, for one reason or another we disbanded.
For the past 4 or 5 years I have been interested (or obsessed!) with photography and this in turn has led to my interest in wildlife and nature so I am very much on a learning curve with this - the main reason for joining WAB. I particularly enjoy photographing flowers including wild flowers and I now do my best to learn about the plant or flower I have captured.
My problem is that I probably have too many hobbies and therefore never become an expert at any of them! I really should try to concentrate on one thing at a time. |

I no diddly squat about photography even though i own a slr but i have been given great advice by fellow WABers. So it would be a shame to jack all of your other interests in, nobody expects anything of you here! |

We got the first four gallons going yesterday and the rest we'll do tonight. I think there will be enough left over for some cordial as well. Happy days ahead.
