They have to be proper homemade ones, eaten with (castor) sugar and freshly squeezed lemon juice. I love bread & butter pud also, especially if it's made with Gary Rhodes' recipe. Another favourite is, steamed sponge pudding with golden syrup! All delicious. (sorry, I couldn't pick just one, besides, I am rather greedy where desserts & puds are concerned). |

When I was little, my grandmother used to make what I called bullet pudding, which I think was tapioca but it made big blobs not the pathetic little things which is all I can find nowadays. |
