Whenever we go away, I always go for 'Sticky Toffee Pudding'. It's disgusting !! I wouldn't wish it on anyone ! And tomorrow we're going away - Yippee!!!!

Re: Whats your favourite pudding?

Now this is my sort of topic

Well, if I had to pick just one then I guess it would be Jam Roly-Poly and custard. The densest pudding ever

Re: Whats your favourite pudding?

I will have to put a second vote in for Bread and Butter pudding.

If it's a good one you can't actually lift yourself out of the chair for an hour or so!

Re: Whats your favourite pudding?

i love home made brambly apple and blackberry crumble with custard or if the custard goes lumpy (somehow it always does....havent mastered it yet ) then vanilla yogurt is a great substitute

Re: Whats your favourite pudding?

Gosh, it's so hard to make one choice, but pancakes are definitely up there at the top of the table. They have to be proper homemade ones, eaten with (castor) sugar and freshly squeezed lemon juice. I love bread & butter pud also, especially if it's made with Gary Rhodes' recipe. Another favourite is, steamed sponge pudding with golden syrup! All delicious. (sorry, I couldn't pick just one, besides, I am rather greedy where desserts & puds are concerned).

Re: Whats your favourite pudding?

Rice pudding for me as well, just nice and plain no fancy stuff in it, and bread and butter pudding. When I was little, my grandmother used to make what I called bullet pudding, which I think was tapioca but it made big blobs not the pathetic little things which is all I can find nowadays.
