Richard | I'm with you there Richard, but with just one exception. On Christmas day I do enjoy Christmas pudding with lots of thick custard (the stuff you can slice) and a dollop of extra thick double cream.

I adore strawberries and clotted cream ( am from devon) Homemade clotted cream Ice cream
But I also love Fresh Rhubarb cooked anyway.. but especially in a crumble.
But i simply hate Bread and butter pudding and Tapioca

Nowadays, most spotted "richards" consist of sponge pud, with currants in it, nothing like the real thing, which should be served with sugar and/or custard. Yummy! |
