what animal would you be?

inspiration!i've just had a great(or not so great)idea for a thread.say if reincarnation did exist,which (preferably british!)animal would you be in a later life,and why?(resemblences etc..)the weirdest/funniest replies get a prize!(a smile from me!yaay!)now you've got something worth starting for,get posting!

i'd probably be one of those fat,sporty,noisy little pippestrelle bats,the ones with the cool ears that glide gracefully everywhere they go,and eat bugs.that pretty much sums me up(apart from the eating bugs bit)

I have always loved playing in trees. Now that i'm 30 going on 40 the neighbours might just get a comitee to cut down all of the trees to stop my wishful antics? So for me it has to be the highly intellegent squirrellol

I would be a Peregrine Falcon because they are good looking and very fast where I am ugly and slow at the moment so it would be a complete change for me

i think i'd want to come back as an Otter, preferably a sea Otter on lewis. great scenery, all that playtime, just eating playing and sleeping. yep. that's the life for me

i think i would want to be a bird,i know you said animal but i want to be a black bird singing in a tree and free to fly this beatiful earth.

A Peregrine Falcon for me I'd love to have the freedom to fly anywhere I want and at great speed! Imagine all the places you could go and the things you could attack (tut tut!)

A bird definetly of some sort, but not sure if i would want to be a bird of prey that would be too much hard work maybe a garden bird that doesnt migrate and gets it ood from feeders, then its got the freedom but the ease of living as well

I might pop into town and get a face painting kit, see if i make a good a squirrel. I think i'll be a red cheeky male and grab a coconut and pretend i'm nibbling away on a juicy hazel nut. Sounds fun!

I'd prefer to be a tree than an animal, preferably an oak, then I could sit there for a thousand years not worrying about anything but watching the changing weather, and the changing world. I remember wanting this even when I was small child, I must have had a stressful childhood

After 12 hrs continuous rain today and it hasn't stopped I think it's an Otter for me as well, with Water Vole second.

It's gotta be a cat for me.
Stay out all night, adding to the gene pool, chasing things, sleeping all day and having my belly rubbed whenever I look cute.

yeah,eating every small animal you can find,scratching up the furniture,spraying your scent in your owners bed,being pampered,wandering at night,getting rowdy with other cats....the possibilities are endless!oh yeah,and you'd get to blame all of your naughtiness on "natural instinct",too ah,that would be the life.of course ,there would be some down side of it,what with small children trying to strangle you,etc...(neutering,anyone?)miawow!

Hi, just about every creature I can think of like foxes, Badgers, BOPs, corvids, seems to be persecuted or hunted, so I'm coming down on the side of the cat, too:

Sofa: check
Radiator: check
TV with paw-sized remote: check
Catmint mousie for when it's raining outside (wouldn't wanta get bored): check
Salmon and tuna in jelly with crunchy bits on top: check
Bowl of little savoury biccy things: check
Generous helpings of assorted dairy products: check
Big pink monkey to ensure regular and timely supply of the above, also to clean out poo tray (neow!): check

Sorted!

Only drawback I can see is that three times a day you are supposed to clean your tail with your tongue. This is not to bad, but apparently you don't stop when you get to the top.
