| | | Talking of weird weather... All this weird weather recently reminded of a photo I took of my better half earlier in the year. We had gone up to a common in the Chilterns so he could fly his kite and I could take some photos when the sun broke through the cloud, he was standing in the right place at the right time! We'll I suppose they do say the sun shines on the righteous!
BTW, excuse the typo in the title - I can't find a way of changing it to 'Talking of' etc etc!

Does he ever fly his kite at Pinkneys Green? I understand it is a good place to fly them (or at least a friend of mine goes all the way over there from Aylesbury).

| | | Re: Talking of weird weather... and talking of kites and weather, I was flying a kite on Walberswick beach a few years ago when I got what I at first thought was wierd cramps in my legs. I suddenly realised that I was getting electric shocks down the lines - I've never (deliberately) crashed a kite so fast
A dangerous business is kite flying

Jenny | That's great, he'd love as I'm a bit of a 'trekkie widow'!
