problems connecting

Hello StuDh I am getting; this page cannot be found when changing forums
and occasionaly on start up ,along with the you may be trying to access areas that you are not authourised to
How do I go about contacting someone if I am shut out of the site again

Unless the server goes down, you should be able to send us an email to email@...

If it happens again, could you try doing this:

In Windows go to (Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt) and a black window with a flashing cursor will pop-up. Enter the command code in the following box:

tracert www.wildaboutbritain.co.uk

If you could then send us a screenshot of the results (ctrl+c to copy an image of the screen, then ctrl+v to paste it into a photo editor), we can pass it on to the techies to have a look at.
