Boddie I bet you win as often as you want to. But, back to the thread. Do you realise that if the membership reaches 1000 tomorrow it will have taken exactly 21 days to go from 800 to 1000. I just hope I am home in time to see it.
The images have risen as of now by 471 since 7th.Feb. So hopefully that will make the 500 in 21days. You certainly must have noticed the difference since you joined, I know I have, and that was several months before me.

You can be completely incompetent at maths without being scared of it

There is a nice plug-in for Firefox that kills most animations dead at a poke of the escape button; couldn't live without it. (Don't tell Stuart but if you time it right you can get just his btm up in the air)

Chris, this is an open forum and all are welcome to put their two pennyworth in!

Most females learn to be SCARED of maths at primary school. I don't know if they learn to dislike numbers from their Mothers, but it certainly is a fact that girls will fight shy of maths. Sometimes wonder why I have always enjoyed numbers. Hence my working out which will win the membership or the images.

I certainly do notice the difference. I am not sure how many members there were when I joined, not sure the site even had a counter. Strange actually but all of the changes have been subtle but it has come on leaps and bounds. Funny what you just take for granted. Join Date: 27-08-2004 - My first post 01.10.2004 (so I was a bit shy to start), my most popular thread - cycling at its best (1617 views), favourite threads have to be those from drunken nights in - rambling nonsense. Favourite photography has to be most of the macro stuff, these guys have some patience and also alot of the birding shots too must take some significant skill. There's nothing I'd change about the site. A good mix of people on here and I think one day we should have a WAB re-united and all meet up and buy StuartDH a drink
