Before I've even heard the first cuckoo of the year ...
I've had my first advert to book up for winter holidays .....

haven't even planned this year's yet (although I've booked the ferry - let everything else fall in place ...)

They will be advertising Christmas stuff in another 3 months... Big stores start getting their Xmas stock in in July to go on sale in September..... talk about wishing your lives away !!!

We dont do Xmas, infact we dont do any official Holiday,( easter, Birthdays,Valentines etc).. its all commercial claptrap now a days... so dont have to worry about stocking up

I really enjoy Christmas and my wife has something planned for my birthday this year, it's my 60th, I can't help wondering if it's something death-defying.
