Moths on the Nature programme

Tonight (20th February) on Radio 4 at 9pm the Nature Programme will be featuring some of the latest results from the Rothamsted Light Trap Network. It should make interesting, if rather depressing, listening.

If last Summer was anything to go by the answer to that one is LEICESTERSHIRE

I know where some Herald Moths are hibernating....In Snailbeach mines in Shropshire
We went down checking on the overwintering Bats and there were loads on the cave walls, beautiful when lit with head torch.!
