I see the red annotation under images in the gallery regarding 'Newtitle' has been removed.
Does this mean there is a new process for adding new titles to an existing image or do I revert back to notification to moderator as I used to do?

we now have a new system, although we're still fine tuning it. You should now report an image using the large 'Report Image' button below and to the right of each image.
