I have not been able to get into WAB at all for 2 days (since Saturday afternoon). Has anyone else had this problem? I think it was a DNS problem because it just could not find the site. The frustrating thing was that I was receiving emails from threads that I have subscribed to so I knew the site was working, but I could not get to it!

It does sound like it could have been a DNS server problem on your ISP's side, Jenny. What ISP are you with, maybe there are other WAB members who could clarify?
All you had was the standard 'page not found' type of message in your browser? |

All you had was the standard 'page not found' type of message in your browser? | Yes. It could not resolve the Domain Name. We are with PlusNet which I have to say has not been very reliable recently.

Well hopefully, it was just a one-off occurence. You could check their support site to see if there are other DNS servers you could use if it ever happens again - maybe look for some DNS servers on a different UK ISP, they should work too. | |
