Picture uploads

I can't seem to be able to upload any of my pictures, even if I resize them to 800x600 they're still too big memory-wise. Has the size criteria for gallery images decreased? I've never had this problem before but now all my pics are being rejected no matter how large or small.

No, there are no changes.. provided the file size is less than 500kb, and the image size is no more than 1280x1024. Make sure you've given it the correct title and keywords if possible, and it should be OK.
When did you last upload one?

I dont know what graphic program you use but you need to compress them.I have psp and I save as then I change the compression value.Best compression is one I use 20.I believe it is different in other programs.Other that use different programs will be able to explain how I am sure

I uploaded one the other eve, and that was fine, but straight after I uploaded it it wouldn't let me upload any more... all were below 500kb and the right height & width... I'll try uploading them again and see what happens.
