How do I unsubscribe to a thread?

Hi

I am getting emails about threads I have posted to, it says I am subscibed to the threads. I was unaware that I had done so. How do I unsubscribe to threads. Can anyone help me please?

Hi phoebe
Click on "control" in the button bar at the top of the page.
In the left hand column, click on "edit options".
Under "messages and notifications" go down to "Default thread subscription mode" and change the setting to "no email notification"

That'll sort it

Ahha! Thank you. I had just found an unsubsribe at the bottom of every email but a longwinded way to unsubscribe.
