Duplicate photo for approval

I have accidentally uploaded the same image twice but cannot delete one of them.
Can the author have the right to delete his/her own upload at least to the point the image is approved?

Don't know, but if you PM a mod they will sort it out. I think they may have to delete both and then you have to upload again, but I could be wrong.

I believe Chris has sent you a PM Peter.
You suffered one of the sites software bugs which creates a duplicate image in the moderating queue. We end up having to remove them both as attempting to remove one, corrupts the other.

My upload has been deleted so I shall prepare fresh images for a new upload.
