| | | System restore Does anyone know how to do a system restore to a previous date as I have a funny feeling that something I loaded this afternoon is causing WAB to be stuck at 5.01 p.m.
Cheers

| | | Re: System restore Hi Andrew
My WAB is saying 20.15 so I hope you have managed to escape from 5.01 p.m. It sounds a bit like Groundhog Day!
I access system restore on my computer by going to the 'Control Panel' then 'System'. System Restore is one of your choices at this stage. It is all self explanatory I think. I hope it works for you!

| | | Re: System restore It's pretty easy to do Andrew, just follow the instructions on the System restore page. It's possible to put it back again if it doesn't work or makes things worse.

| | | Re: System restore I can't understand why its fine on my laptop but not on my PC. Its almost as if the PC has a problem with certain pages. I have cleared cookies. Got rid of all the files but the front page just gets stuck on 5.01 with the same people logged in (who are not on line any longer), the same 4 pictures across the top/

| | | Re: System restore it sounds like you've got a different prob to us - but i'd be inclined to wait til wabs all back in battery before you start tinkering with the PC in case the issue is at the site end
btw whats the pc like with other forums / websites

| | | Re: System restore I close this thread before things get even more confusing as people shouldn't need to be restoring their PCs. It looks like it's an issue with cookies refreshing the pages incorrectly. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
