This is one of the linyphid's, or money spiders, fortunately one of the patterned ones.
Its clearly ringed spiney legs, overall patterning - including dark carapace, suggest leptyphantes minutus to me.
Its size fits as well - minutus is perversely one of the larger species in its genus!
