My first thoughts are one of the Linyphiidae family, which includes the many 'Money Spiders'.
And possibly a Lepthyphantes species like L. nebulosus or L. leprosus both of which can be found in houses. Approx 3 or 4 mm body length.
But this is just a bit of a guess so it doesn't come with a guarantee. |

| | | Re: Tiny spider! I'd agree that a Lepthyphantes sp. is a good candidate, with the annulated legs narrowing the field (L. leprosus having no annulations). A clearer photo of the dorsal (top) side could also help.
I found in a neighbours house that numerous specimens I took were, in the main L. zimmermanni.
