Its hard to tell from that image (any more ?), but i would suggest it could be Odiellus spinosus, definitely not Opilio parietinus ... |

As the background (an eggbox) may suggest, I found it in my moth-trap (a Skinner with 15W actinic bulb) after running it overnight, and so only took the one photo.
