| | | Steatoda nobilis nest in my garage any advice Hi guys the other day we had our shed taken down due to a mix of rare spiders nesting inside with respect to our dogs and little 5 year old in the garden.
last week and today i noticed allot off mouthball like nesting white and saw a few Steatoda nobilis and smaller ones looks like baby ones..
just asking for a bit of advice really
also in the second pic anyone know what this one is? i found him inside house then took a pic and let him back in the garden or her lol  |

| | | Re: Steatoda nobilis nest in my garage any advice rare spiders? in your shed what species as said in other posts false widows are harmless really your dogs or in deed your 5 year old would be very unlucky to get bitten. the moth balls could well be egg sacs they do more good than harm eating flis etc
the second picture is poor cant see much detail my guess would be ( Scotophaeus blackwalli) or mouse spider but that is a guess again very rare to get bitten by this spider
