| | | Strange spider? I came home last night about 10pm and found a strange spider? on my doorstep. It had 'springy' legs which bent the wrong way (inwards not outward curving) and it's head/body was all in one like a giant tick.
Any ideas guys?

| | | Re: Strange spider? Thanks for that. It didn't look like the usual Harvestman that i've seen before, they had orange bodies and black legs. I've never seen this type before.

But I am assuming we can definitely discount a Pholcus phalangioides which had 'just nipped outside for a bit of fresh air'. |

| | | Re: Strange spider? I've seen a few with inward bending legs. It gives them a strange wobbly kind of walk. And most of the harvestmen in my garden are shades of brown, not orange.
