Scotophaeus Blackwalli is what they call a synanthropic species - as in "together with" and "man" - i.e. normally found around human habitation. It was this fact, coupled with your image and description that made me suggest it as a possibility.

Drassodes sp. are very similar looking, but more often outside under rocks, than in - though they are occasionally found within buildings.
