Guys can anyone work out what this spider is

found more spiders in my shed ...must be a family...any ideas lovely people

hi welcome to WAB

1 is a species of Steatoda cant tell from that pic also called a false widow spider they are harmless

2 is a species of Tegenaria as above as so called a house spider

3 looks like a Steatoda again

that one looks like Steatoda nobilis they can bite no worse than a wasp/bee sting they only bite if handeld roughly they will bte in self defence

I think it looks more like S. bipunctata or S. grossa.

I thought S. bipunctata as well but not too familiar with this genus so wasn't certain of that ID. Isn't S. bipunctata the so-called "Rabbit hutch spider".

As said above - they can bite but won't unless you give them a reason too and although extreme reactions can be had (ie anaphalaxis - not sure of spelling) they are rare.

It is called the rabbit hutch spider, and there is indeed at least one in my rabbit hutch. So far the rabbits remain alive and well.
As far as anaphylaxis goes, I suspect that strawberries and peanuts are responsible for more instances of anaphylactic shock than spiders, but nobody seems to give warnings about them.
