Guys can anyone work out what this spider is

Just moved into this place and in the shed found some nasty webs and white cotton wool bunches look like some kind of egg anyway was washing it down when this fella crawled along the floor...ive also spotted a smaller looking one in the garage with white spots...

any ideas? thanks ever so much

Looks like Steatoda sp to me. Maybe grossa.

They have the common label of 'False Widows' and though their venom is not as potent, they are one of the small percentage of British spiders capable of and known to bite if annoyed. Best bet if you're worried is to catch them and move them or just leave alone, they won't bother you if you don't bother them.
