| |  wierd spider in the uk picture id please
I found this in north west London .england

I can't tell you what species it is, but I don't think there are any in the UK that are poisonous, some do bite a little but it's no worse than being bitten by midgies or something.

Zooming in on your photo I think I can just make out a faded cross on the abdomen so possibly garden spider Araneus diadematus or possibly Araneus quadratus - comes in many different colours. I'd wait for an expert though to verify.

I also think it is the garden spider Araneus diaidematus. they are variable in colour. Here is a photo of one I took for comparison.
